I'm Greg Mac. I help entrepreneurs, leaders and real estate agents think bigger, push through what's holding them back, and build a life that matters, not just a business. Same you. Bigger possibilities.
After 17 years in financial services, including time as a VP at LPL Financial and an investment securities principal, I made a decision in 2014 that changed the direction of my life. I left to build a business in real estate, one that would give me something I valued more than success on paper: more time with my family.
What started as a leap of faith grew into an independent brokerage, then into an organization at eXp Realty of more than 170 people across 12 states and 3 countries.
I've built businesses, led teams, had big wins and some humbling failures. The most important lessons didn't come from a boardroom. They came from hospital rooms, uncertainty, faith and family.
Success isn't just what you build. It's who you become while building it.

raised for blood cancer research and Blood Cancer United
In 2020, during COVID, our six-year-old daughter Penelope was diagnosed with leukemia. In an instant, everything we thought mattered was put into perspective.
Our family spent years fighting alongside her. What started as our personal battle became The Power of P, a mission inspired by her strength and resilience to support other families facing blood cancer.
The Power of P is a reminder that even in our darkest moments, there is power in love, purpose and resilience. That experience changed my definition of success.
